They installed a siding that was a completely different color than my siding they were replacing. During the change of the siding they also broke a set of our shutters. When it was brought to their attention, they apologized and said they would get back with us on what could be done. Over the following 8 months we were told they ordered the correct siding, it was in their shop, they were trying to get us on the schedule, they needed to make sure it was still in the shop, each time we reached out was another excuse. They eventually stopped responding about the siding so we said at the very least we want the shutters replaced. We haven’t received any response and learned that the statute of limitations was 12 months so they pushed us and lied as long as possible so we couldn’t do anything about it and they didn’t have to fix their mistakes. I hope you never have to deal with this company!

This company did a horrible shingle job and chimney looks worse than if a child attempted to cap the Chimney. They shingled over the top of damaged wood that was to be replaced then lied and tried to say they replaced the wood. It was obvious it was not replaced but they also damaged a gutter and gutter guards. The roof shingles job was done 61 days ago and the shingles are peeling up and there are places that appear to have nails underneath the shingles. The Roof has to be replaced correctly which includes damaged wood being replaced. They are liars and stated they replaced wood but not only could I see from the outside where the dip is in the roof, in the attic the wood is all date stamped September 2006. I had the decking/wood replaced in late October 2006 when the Roof was last worked. There are ZERO pieces of new wood and they straight up lied saying it was replaced. I am Female and this Company assumed I know nothing about anything at all. This was not my first Roof replacement in my 40 years of homeownership and I do know more than a lot of people based on my work experiences and life events. One star had to be given in order to leave a review but there are no stars for this company unless they are working with your Insurance company.
